Een recruiter moet dus doelgericht te werk gaan en snel kunnen beslissen. Tegelijkertijd moet hij of zij wel voor feedback open kunnen staan. Het bedrijf dat de recruiter inhuurt kan namelijk aanwijzingen geven. Ook moet een recruiter zelf feedback kunnen geven aan mensen. De sollicitanten krijgen via de recruiter een indruk van het bedrijf en een goede ervaring is van groot belang voor mogelijke toekomstige werknemers.
